Katelyn holds a strategic role in the overall financial management of the company and oversees the operations of the Accounting department. She has 12 years of experience in property management and construction accounting ranging from affordable to ultra-luxury.  

Prior to joining Mosser, Katelyn was the Controller for Troon Pacific, Inc. a real estate developer in San Francisco, building single-family homes in the ultra-luxury market. Prior to that, she was assistant Controller for Bridge Housing Corporation, a major California developer and manager of affordable housing. In both roles, she was instrumental in establishing accounting policies and procedures in complex and highly regulated environments.

Katelyn graduated with honors with a master’s in Accountancy at Golden Gate University and holds an undergraduate degree in comparative religion from Beloit College. In her spare time, she plays the banjo and sings in an old-time band, Undone in Sorrow. Originally from West Virginia, she works to preserve the musical traditions of her family and Appalachian upbringing.
